Paul R. Michael - Managing Director

Paul is currently Managing Director of Quartz Business Media Ltd, and has worked in the exhibition and trade publishing sector for the last 40 years. He has been involved with the Materials Handling and Logistics industry for the past 15 years, and launched the International Materials Handling Exhibition in the UK, now one of the top three exhibitions in Europe.

In the Materials and Logistics industry, Paul and Keith work closely with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the British Industrial Truck Association, the latter has affiliations with the Fork Truck Assoc of America. In the cleaning and Support Services industry, they both work closely with The British Cleaning Council, British Institute of Cleaning Science and other association bodies. Paul is a member of the industry’s Livery Company in the City of London, The Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners and was its Master in 2004. Paul is a council member of the Association of Event Organisers.

Keith Harris – Chairman

Keith Harris has been organising trade shows in the Materials Handling sector since 1967 and has launched dozens of successful events over the last 40 years. He was the founding CEO of DMG World Media, a company which now stages 300+ exhibitions annually including around 100 in the US and Canada.

Whilst Keith is now semi-retired he still plays an important and active role within Quartz Publishing & Exhibitions. Keith is a leading figure in the events industry and has played a significant role over the years in the AEO and other events organisations. For those of you with the time Keith can always be persuaded to have the odd round of golf.
